RE: Subversion synchronization- Change in Master Repository!

We are using SVN. We had a setup in which the Repository that we were accessing (at IP)) was in Sync with another repository elsewhere. We had configured using svnsync utility.

Due to some emergency we had to move our Repository (from to another machine (
I did a mistake (I suppose), I created the respository in the new machine and copied the Repository from the old mahcine and pasted on the new repository created. Users started accessing the new Repo just by changing the IP to the new one in the SVN URL. There is no problem in the setup here, but the Sync which was happening earlier is failing. I started the sync again with svnsync command, but still it is failing giving the error
" svnsync: Can't connect to host '': A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. "
Here is the old machine where the SVN Repo was there from which I moved (as explained earlier) to the new machine ( The machine is not in any network for us to access now.
Correct me if I am wrong, I think somewhere in the Repo, it is still referring to the old machine IP ( Is there anyway we can change the IP in the current repository (to

We are using subversion version 1.4 . The OS is Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition.

You didn't answer any or my questions.

* What SubVersion version do you use ?
* On which Operating System ?
* How do you do the "synchronisation" ? What commands do you call ?
* Do you get any error messages ? If so, please quote them literaly.

Without these informations we can't help you.
