Look at the KDE and Apache repositories for large public repositories:

http://websvn.kde.org/
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/

I recommend using fsfs. Check the svn book for the differences
between fsfs and BDB.

When you say concurrent, you truly mean concurrently? As in 100-200
commits per second?
