proxy problem when connect to server

Hi,
we got the following problem:

H:\>svn list http://srv-ew-data:9080/repo-zirkon-documents/
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/repo-zirkon-documents'
svn: PROPFIND of '/repo-zirkon-documents': Could not read status line:
connection was closed by proxy server

That happens only on very few pc's.
In the local server file is nothing configured, a plain svn
installation.

Is that a problem of our network installation, or may that behaviour
become better when playing with svn configuration?
