Not sure if this will help, but you could try any of the java editors - they
provide SVN integration out of the box. My personal favorite is Intellij
IDEA (http://www.jetbrains.com/). But you could also go with the free
alternatives like Netbeans or Eclipse.
The SVN integration in IDEA is specially neat and uses SVNKit - this is a
Java API for SVN with commandline functionality.
