checking out a file - newbie

hello,

I'm attempting to check out a file on a win xp machine. Per FAQ, I have downloaded the
mod_auth_sspi.so module, to help authenticate against a window domain using SSPI authentication.

However, I can't find the modules folder in the Apache folder. I do have a few apache2 from a cygwin installation (where I retrieved svn binary file).

There's a "lib" folder w/ a slew of .so files but no config to edit.

  any help is appreciated.
