In the version 1.4 (current subversion rev.) section, there is a link at
the bottom of the trac page: "Zip Archive".

I assume the 'Nightly Build' section is what you'd get if you check out
the sources with svn itself as described on the home page:
   svn co http://svn.red-bean.com/svnbook/trunk/
