error: no repository found

Hello,

I am now getting the Error: Can't connect to host '149.8.166.98': A
connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly
respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because
connected host has failed to respond.

All I have done is reboot the server.

If you can assist me with this issue I would appreciate it. Thanks so
much!!
