Duplicate UUID Risk

We did a dump of one of our repositories so that we could split off part
of the source. We just noticed that the new repository that the dump
was loaded into has the same UUID as the old repository. This has
screwed up one of our internal tools that use UUIDs as hash keys, but
does having duplicate UUIDs risk anything with the subversion
commandline client or the server?
