Could not read chunk Size: Secure connection truncated

Dear Subversion Users,

I am not able to checkout or checkin to a repository, if i gave the full path of one folder i will be able
to do fine. But if give the hole repository to checkout, SVN client is giving the following error. Please
suggest me in how we can resolve this issue. All the members in that repo are having the problem.

I shall attach the error message thrown by SVN client.
