Using SVN for ClickOnce publish version

Anyone any experience of using SVN revision numbers as ClickOnce publish
versions, in Visual Studio 2005/8?

I've used SubWCRev.exe previously to set the assembly version (easy!), but
with publish version numbers they're actually in the csproj file itself!! If I
generate the csproj file from a template using SubWCRev, obviously I'll loose
any other changes Visual Studio makes to the project file...

Any ideas?

Thanks,

John
