No, Subversion is by no means an upgrade of CVS. It's not CVS
re-designed and reimplemented. It has taken CVS's philosophy on
version control and has implemented all the consequences of that
philosophy from the ground up.

Only if someone provides a Power Designer (whatever that may be)
plugin to cooperate with Subversion directly.
