DCM within SVN

Hi All,

I am using for a few months and would like to find a mechanism looking
like the DCM from CM Synergy.

Basically, I need to be able to develop source code in different
repositories and, on demand, to send this code with its history,
comments, to a main repository. It should then be possible, within the
main repository, to rework on this code but also to receive new versions
from the repository where the code has been developed.

Is it possible within SVN ? is there some simple mechanism that I did
not think of ?

Will be happy to provide more information if needed.

Regards

Jim
