if you want to work from revision 562, you can create a
branch from it, and then use a new working copy.

$ svn cp -r 562 <REPO_URL>/trunk <REPO_URL>/branches/fromRev562
$ cd <projects_folder>
$ svn checkout <REPO_URL>/branches/fromRev562

then, if at some point you just want to discard the trunk, you
have different approaches that i won't describe here.
