CR/LF is adjusted in SVN. It is so good. but because the problem
that the character-code (multi byte character code, not utf-*) is
different by Unix and Windows cannot be solved, there are only
Windows machines in this project.

there are both file names Makefile and MAKEFILE.
I pressed [DEL] on 'MAKEFILE'
