You'd lose all your history by doing that. I'd do this:

thufir@arrakis ~/Desktop/foo/ $ cd trunk/rss-on-rails
thufir@arrakis ~/Desktop/foo/trunk/ $ svn mv * ..
thufir@arrakis ~/Desktop/foo/trunk/ $cd ..
thufir@arrakis ~/Desktop/foo/trunk/ $ svn rm rss-on-rails
thufir@arrakis ~/Desktop/foo/trunk/ $ svn ci -m "Removing erroneous
rss-on-rails directory." .
