Subject: LDAP failure connecting from Apache 2.2.6 to ApacheDS

Update: It appears this is another issue with the Microsoft LDAP SDK.
The sizeLimit value sent in the protocol request is invalid (out of
range per the LDAP spec), and it causes Apache mod_ldap to fail with
both OpenLDAP and (likely) ApacheDS. A workaround has been included in
the Apache Portable Runtime, but it will not be shipped with an Apache
binary distribution until the next release. The relevant Apache issue
