How to synchronize an SVN-repository with another SpringLoops one

Hi.

Using Subversion 1.4.2, I want to synchronize an already-created SVN
repository (http://svn.mydomain.com/myproject) with a now-empty
repository hosted in SpringLoops
(https://foo.springloops.com/source/fooproj).

I've been browsing 'svnsync' documentation, but I must perform this
command on my empty-repository:

[]# echo "#!/bin/sh" > hooks/pre-revprop-change

Does anybody know how to do this? Any experience with SpringLoops?
