How can I extract IP address of commit?

From: Dmitri <email12_at_sharedlog.com>

Hello!

I am using mod_dav_svn with Apache 2.2.4

Is it possible to make the IP address of where the commit came from
available to the post-commit hook?

For example, I would like to receive emails after every commit that
would like the $REV and ip address where the changed file(s) has been
commited from.

Can Apache somehow forward this data to subversion, maybe in the
'comments' section?

Thank you.
