That is the cheapest excuse ever, _you_ write mails, not your email client.
Also, your client obviously gets the quoting right (not all do, so you're
lucky!) so you can easily stop top-posting.

Sorry for chiming in, but you have up to now failed to even identify the
issue! Seriously, you started off with TSVN and then mentioned the SVN
commandline client but somewhere you then mention that you are using Linux.
What exactly was failing and on what system?

BTW: addressing each issue of a posting separately (while replying inline)
makes it almost impossible to miss a point like the ones made by Erik. This
is not only about style, this is also about working and communicating
