filname too long for svn

Hi folks,

it seems that svn cannot handle long filenames for when I checkouted out a
repository it pops an error :
CP326/trunk/testpattern/testscript/557/Pattern/BASIC/Filesystem/最長長度檔
案測試最長長度檔案測試最長長度檔案測試最長長度檔案測試最長長度檔案測試最長
長度檔案測試最長長度檔案測試最長長度檔案測試最長長度檔案測試最長長度檔案測
試最長長度檔案測試.txt Filename too long

I've count the length of the file, it is 200 bytes. And when I cut it down
to 184 bytes svn works.

So far as I know, linux and windows both support this filename. So it may
be a svn bug.
