Rebuild mod_dav_svn.

I don't have any experience doing that kind of thing, but my advice
is, unless the two machines are identical in OS, OS version, and
version of every other library and program, and the layout of all of
these, I would compile the software again on the second machine. A
package manager, which most OSes provide, can make this easier.
