This is more of a curiosity question rather than an actual issue. We have been experimenting with importing our current codebase into a subversion repository and, over time, have ended up creating approx. 15 different repos.
The interesting thing is, that when we do the 'svn import ...' command to import our current code, the exact same file is always the last file to be imported. It isn't the last file either alphabetically, modified/created date/time, or file-size, and the import has been performed even after several file-system copies (on the same physical disk).
Does anyone have any thoughts as to why? As I said, just curious. Everything is working fine in the repository.
