The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable

Hi List!

I just did a fresh checkout from SVN and after adding over 38000 files I got
this error. What can I do to fix this?

Error Can't open file 'D:\....\db\revprops\963': The file or directory is
corrupted and unreadable.
