SVN Export failed to get Batch files

Hi,
 
I am using the SVN version 1.3.1. when ever i export a batch file the
command aborts with an
error svn: Could Not get content-type from response.
The command used : svn export ...BB/Template.bat
But the command works fine for and i can export any other file types
like .cpp,.h,.ini,.xls
Can any one help me to solve this problem. Is there any settings i
should be doing so that export command works for Batch files
