CVS-to-SVN converters: recommendations?

What's the current state of the art for CVS-to-Subversion repository
converters? This reference:

suggests that cvs2svn is the way to go. Before I jump in and do a
conversion, I'm interested to know if anybody has had any direct experience
(particularly any bad experience) with cvs2svn and/or if they can offer any
alternative recommendations, say from the list below.

Best regards,

From: http://subversion.tigris.org/links.html#converters :

cvs2svn - CVS to Subversion conversion
cvs2svn has become its own project now, look at:

SVN Importer - Migrate to SVN from MKS, VSS, ClearCase, Star Team, PVCS, CVS

Tailor - a tool to migrate changesets between ArX, Bazaar, Bazaar-NG, CVS,
Codeville, Darcs, Git, Mercurial, Monotone, Subversion and Tla
repositories. Supports incremental conversion.
