remove folders permanently

Hi All

The company I work for ( comapny A) was recently purchased by (company
B) and I now need to
separate files in the repository and keep the revision history.

I want to create 2 repositories from the single one we have now, files
for company A in one
repo and files for company B in the other.

Is there a way to permanently delete folders from the repository
including past revisions?

Is there a better solution ?
