subversion question

Hello,

I am trying to help troubleshoot the subversion error of:
svn:Malformed network data

It is running version 1.4.3 (r23084) on a linux box. It looks like the
following RA modules are available.

* ra_dav
* ra_svn
* ra_local

Here is the error I receive when running svn update....

[jeffreys@sullivan2-j] $ svn update
