dav_svn and svnserve access to the same repository

Hello all.

I have a Subversion repository that my users currently access via
svnserve. In the interest of proper logging and security, I want to
gradually migrate them to Apache/dav_svn.
Does anyone know if it's possible to allow full access to the repository
via dav_svn and svnserve simultaneously? I want to be able to allow full
access from both services.
My repository is currently fsfs. Reading about fsfs and NFS locking, it
would seem feasable to do what I want, but I just wanted to make sure.
