saved authentication expired

Hi all,

I have a weird problem. I've checked the user list archive but didn't
find an answer to this problem.

We are using subversion 1.4.5 on windows, linux, mac,... to communicate
with a repository set up using the https scheme. We accepted the server
certificate permanently and saved the authentication.

Now after a month or so, all those saved authentication were not valid
anymore. This happened to all our machines (win, linux, mac), at
different locations and for all users. However, neither the passwords
nor the fingerprint of the server changed and the auth files were still
there.

Has anybody an explanation for this?
