The problem is that Windows 64-bit just isn't a mainstream platform so
it is hard to devote the effort to support it until there are enough
developers that are interested enough to do it.

Subclipse relies on the binaries that the Subversion project hosts on
tigris.org. If a 64-bit Windows build starts appearing on a regular
basis we would add it to our distribution.
