Good morning....
Please help me once again here..
As I was confirmed you I configured the Subversion server with HTTPS and
authentication with the LDAP server [ON MAC OS X SERVER], It was all done
with the test machine. Today I want to deploy it with the existing
subversion running server [IT IS RUNNING WITH HTTP,NOT WITH LDAP
AUTHENTECATION].After deploying it is not allowing the "." character in
the names in LADP server.
Example.
If give the name in LDAP Server as "ashwin.patil" it is saying as "User
not Found” in the Apache logs. If I give "ashwinpatil" [Please note
missing char "."] it allows me to authenticate.
I necessarily required to use the "." char in the server. It was working
fine when I was done with the test machine.
I suspect it may problem with the LDAP server; any way please let me know
how I would go about it.
Please help me in this regards.

Thank you vary much , now I am able to authenticate it after making the
changes in this particular
path. It is working fine now through the browser.
BUT I do not know why this is , I am not able to commit the repository
when I am using the
tortise SVN client .It is giving the following error massage."MKACTIVITY

I am able to checkout the copy but failed to commit after making some
changes.
I have rw permission in the svn_authorize-file.
I have removed the proxy settings from all apache server,LDAP server,also
from the client in which
i am trying to commit the file in the repository.
Please help me in this regards. I did not found any more blogs also on this
issue,
