svn: Checksum mismatch

From: Phlip <phlip2005_at_gmail.com>

Transmitting file data .....svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Checksum mismatch, file '/trunk/public/flash/character_obj_3.fla':
   expected: 612d0f60c146b088a8e5922f10f60aed
     actual: 4f8663c6d664c963e77d396f31b6a72d

I get that stoopid message each and every time I try to commit that FLA file.

My workaround is...

 - copy the FLA out
 - svn rm it
 - commit
 - copy it back in
 - svn add it
 - commit

How do I actually fix this? I scoured all the Google citations for
this and they didn't help, so I need some new idea.
