problem with svnnotify

Hi,
I've set up a post-commit hook that uses svnnotify to send e-mails with the
commit information. The problem is that, even if I've included --subject-cx
parameter, the subject line of the e-mail contains only the prefix and the
revision number. Am I doing something wrong? How can I set up the
notification in order to get the subject line including the file(s) affected?
