cannot run subversion as Windows service

Hi,
i have tried every possible command for running
Subversion as a service and i get any kind of errors;
wrong use of the sc command, RPC server problems, etc.

I am based on the sc tool and the following command:
sc create svn binpath="C:\Program
Files\Subversion\bin\svnserve.exe --service"
depend=Tcpip

Can somebody tell me what i am doing wrong?
