svn/info file in ruby

Hello all,

I am trying to create a post-commit hook using the ruby script found on
the website. I've installed ruby and subversion on my server, but it is
saying that it cannot load the file svn/info. Does anyone know where
this file lives or how to access it?

The exact error message is below:

LoadError: no such file to load -- svn/info
