switch between 2 repositories

Hello,

I don't know if this is possible, but for some reason I need one repository on the company server and one local repository. This is because when I'm not in the company I wan't to commit the changes on my local repository and when I return I will commit the last version to the company server.
Is this possible? How I can solve this?
