Svn add question

Hi all,

I have this huge client website directory tree inside my subversion
repository. Periodically, I will do a directory synchronization via FTP of
this structure, as various people are continuously adding and modifying
files. Updated files are no problem, but how would I go about performing
³svn add² on all the many files throughout the tree that have been added?
And if I can solve that question, how could I also do an ³svn delete² on
files that are no longer present after the mirroring? That would be cool..
