   The issue doesn't seem to appear at-will, so it's hard for me to say what the
commonality is. Each of our three developers has been bitten by it, and each on a
different file. Further testing may reveal more.

   We don't have the command-line tools on the client. I will try to troubleshoot further
if the issue continues after the forking change to the post-commit email hook.
