Apache 403 Error message only while committing

Hello,

When I try to commit using Tortoise, I get a 403 Apache error message:

MKACTIVITY of 'myrepositorypath': 403 Forbidden (https://myserver.com)

There is nothing about this on the FAQ page for apache 403 errors. All
that shows up in the apache error log is this:

[Thu Sep 27 13:32:28 2007] [error] [client 10.153.0.1] Access denied:
'myusername' MKACTIVITY myrepository:

My account is able to commit from a different client machine, but
produces this error when I try from mine, despite the fact that the same
setup file was used to install both of them. I am using the current
version.

Any ideas?

-Bill Morgan
