Post-commit hooks

Hi,

I know this is a common problem already but searching the net doesn't give
me the exact thing that I need to do. I've been looking for answers for the
last few days but didn't found any.

The problem is the Post-commit script works when I run it in command line
but when using tortoisesvn, it doesn't seem to work. All files are of user
apache already. The weird thing is some of my repository is working and some
are not.. and I can't pinpoint where the problem really is.

Maybe some of you have encountered the same problem already and I really
need your help here :)
