Merge tracking is done, how about branch tracking?

Hi all,

Merge tracking is great and thanks for the hard work to make it happen.

But is it possible to track branching in SVN 1.5? Perviously with Subversion
there is no straigtforward way to track derivated branches from trunk but to
analyze the entire repository. That is because when user "branch"
(effectively copy), no information will be put into the log of the trunk
file but in the branch file. With CVS branch tracking can be done because
there is tag information from the log of the trunk file.

I have not seen the function in 1.5 beta version (please correct me if I am
wrong), but we are desperate to see this function!

Regards,

Shawn
