Restore from backup lost every .svn/tmp folder

As the subject says I had to do a restore from backup and lost every .svn/tmp
folder (because they were empty?). However SVN keeps complaining about this
and Cleanup refuses to fix it. Does anyone have a WSH/VB/etc.... script that
can fix this issue?
