Undelete one file in a subtree

Hi,

How do I undelete one file in a subtree?

I have deleted a subtree from our sources. Now I need to restore a
particular file (and, naturally, a directory structure below it). The
only solution I have found is: to restore (by svn merge or svn copy) the
whole subtree, and then recursively revert all the files and subdirs but
the target file and its predecessors from the file upwards. The problem
is that I need to do so with a dozen of files in a huge subtree.
