Svn Import Issue (NFS mounted)

Hi,

I have created repository properly. I have created the repository from my
local network to nfs

file system which is present in different network.

I got the following error message when I executed "svn import " command.

svn: Cannot write to the prototype revision file of transaction '0-1'
because a previous representation is currently being written by another
process

SVN is NFS mounted, svn version 1.4, fsfs.

Please let me.
