I've been working with TortoiseSVN for a few weeks. I noticed a single
file in the repository did
not match the working directory's contents.

On this file, svn log shows rev 14; svn list shows rev 14; but svn info
shows rev 33!

Is it possible that you updated the file and switched to an old version?
You could try updating the file to the HEAD revision explicitly.
