svnsync on windows, wowexec?

Not sure this is the right place to ask:
can anyone tell me why i keep getting wowexec or ntvdm failures while running svnsync on windows 2003 server?

can anyone tell me why wowexec is getting invoked at all, I though this was a 32 program?

Any suggestions?
