svn question about summary of file changes

Hi All,
  Is there an easy way to see a summary of the diffs between two versions? - for example statistics for how many lines are changed, deleted, added etc. for each file. I can't seem to find it.
   
  I am using subversion 1.4.3 on Unix. We also use Tortoise.
