Each to his own I guess, but as per Thomas's examples you get so much
integration for nothing out from F7 that's lost unless you also compile
lots of other stuff from source. Distros add a lot of value.
Why do svn from source and not, say, python or apache or .....
Why not just install the default svn and compile from source if and only
if you have to?
