Repos setup assistance needed.

HI SVN users,

I need to set up a repository to host some projects which are grouped under
some common constraints, for example like this

SVNRepos/

JAVA
             - -Project1
                      trunk
                      branch
                      tag
              --Project2
                      trunk
                      branch
                      tag
             --Project3
                      trunk
                      branch
                      tag
C
              --Project1
                      trunk
                      branch
                      tag
              --Project2
                      trunk
                      branch
                      tag
              --Project3
                      trunk
                      branch
                      tag
Ruby On Rails
              --Project1
                      trunk
                      branch
                      tag
             --Project2
                      trunk
                      branch
                      tag
              --Project3

                      trunk
                      branch
                      tag

So that if i give my path as " path/to/SVNRepos"
it should display "JAVA,C,Ruby On Rails" as parent directories...

then on clicking Java it should display the project names under java

Later on clicking project name it should display the revisioning
structure...

Suggest me how to setup such a repository.........

If possible explain me with steps, am a newbie to svn...
