svnsync sync hang

Hello:

I am experiencing a hang while using "svnsync sync". This is the
second attempt to sync the repository that has hung on the same revision
number.

Copied properties for revision 7330.
Committed revision 7331.
Copied properties for revision 7331.
Committed revision 7332.

I have three servers. My old subversion server, new subversion server and
a backup server. I used "svnsync sync" to migrate from an older server to
a newer server. And now I cannot get the svnsync to work from the newer
server to my backup server. I always hangs on 7332 before it copies the
properties.

My first failed attempt used the svn:// method, and the second failed
attempt used the svn+ssh:// method.

I do not know which version of subversion I was operating when 7332 was
committed.

I have successfully sync'ed the repository at least 7 or 10 times before
from the older server, but I cannot sync from the newer server at all.
The old and new servers are linux and the backup server is Windows.
